Updated the mips decoder to show more op code

added float registers

decoder now shows color coded registers

select a range in the decoder with note, this will mark a starting point, press note again it will toggle a stop point then you can press triangle and go to "copy to new cheat"

added dump kernel memory

follow pointers updated (can now follow jal with square + right fixed that random crashing bug... my bad).

Fixed stuff
fixed issue with loading cheats using real addressing.

hijack mkultra uncensored
with hijack as well as { and } in the keyboard, also available for you freeze booters... socom is riddled with all sorts of this **** so me allowing people who want to type colors into their names while hijacking people isnt going to hurt, because if a person wants to boot they will just use one of the other 100000 freeze boots thats still work.
